The name says it all. A web-based application to make your life easier when processing orders online. ‘iManage’ allows you to manage orders received via your ecommerce site.

You will be able to view each and every order placed via your ecommerce site. You will be able to drill down to each order to see all the order details and the order status.

As an example, when an order is placed via your ecommerce site, the OMS will automatically list it as an order in progress (with all the information related to that order). When the order payment is authorised by the bank or when you receive cleared funds, you can simply change the status to ‘Payment received’. Once you have allocated all the products to that order, its status can be changed to ‘allocated’. Once dispatched, the status can be changed to ‘Dispatched. If full or part of that order is not available you can allocate it to ‘Back orders’. Each order will go through the same process until it’s been shipped to the customer. The system allows you to search for orders by their number, customer name and the order date. It also allows you to see lists of orders allocated to each status, so at the end of the day you can check what you have received, what’s been processed and what’s still pending shipment. You can also print receipts, delivery notes and address labels via the ‘iManage’ system.
